event faq’s
YES. There is a large permanent toilet block onsite with baby changing facilities and disabled access. In response to Covid-19, the toilets will be managed by attendants who will clean the facilities after every visit.
To control numbers all tickets must be booked in advance, however any remaining tickets can be booked on the day of the event. Due to the high interest in this event, we HIGHLY recommend booking in advance so you don’t miss out!
If for any reason the event can not take place we will publish the news on this website as soon as we know. It is probable the event can be rearranged for a later date and all tickets will be valid for the rearranged date
If the event is cancelled all tickets will be refunded in full (minus booking fees of around 5%)
YOU MUST BE 18 OR OVER TO PURCHASE ALCOHOLIC DRINKS
- We operate a Challenge 25 policy.
- If you look under 25 please do not be offended if we ask you for proof of age when you buy alcohol.
- Please bring proof of ID to show you are over 18.
- Do not buy alcohol for persons under the age of 18 – if you do, you risk being ejected from the event.
- There are a number of bars located around the site serving alcohol (to over 18s only) and soft drinks during licensed hours.
- Obey Social Distancing Guidelines
PLEASE REMEMBER:
- Please drink responsibly.
- Alcohol will dehydrate you, pace yourself and top up with water or soft drinks.
- Drinking and driving is an offence. Don’t risk the life of yourself and others.
Of course you can. We also welcome you to share your photos and videos on our social media pages. Please refrain from photographing children that are not within your group. Commercial photographers / videographers will need to get in touch please

If you have not received your tickets via email, please check:
- You have COMPLETED payment for your tickets.
- You have given a GENUINE EMAIL ADDRESS at checkout. Your tickets will ONLY be delivered to the email address entered when creating your account
- You have checked your email SPAM folder as in some cases ticket emails can find their way here by mistake.

Yes. For the Governments Contact & Tracing programme we need to collect contact details of every attendee.
This is also necessary if you need to re-download your e-tickets
You will have to EMAIL US HERE if you can not find your tickets. Please include your name and email address
Yes, you can sell your tickets if you cannot attend. The easiest way to do this is to print the tickets out onto paper and give them to the buyer. You cannot however duplicate tickets. Every ticket is individual an can only be used once. Once the first person checks in, the ticket ID will be invalid for entry.
All tickets bought for December 19th are non-refundable. If you can not attend feel free to pass your tickets on to friends or family or you can try to sell them.
If you have tickets for the original event on November 7th and are unable to attend the rearranged date, you can email us for a refund HERE before November 14th 2020. Remember to include the name and email address used to book your tickets
In the event of the event not going ahead, you will receive a full refund (excluding booking fees)
- Under 5’s are FREE and do not need tickets.
- Everyone else (5 and over) will require tickets
Your e-tickets will be scanned at the gate and exchanged for wristbands. You will have one ticket per person (excluding under 5’s) You can either print your tickets and bring them with you – or simply save your E-Tickets to your mobile device.
